Southwest Missouri Board of REALTORS® has an opening for a State Director to fill an unexpired term for 2018. State Directors conduct the affairs and establish all policies of the Missouri REALTORS®. Additionally, the Board of Directors approves the annual budget for the State Association. Board of Directors meetings are held during our three Business Conferences each year, in January, April, and September. Each Local Board/Association is able to appoint a certain number of Directors based on its membership count. SWMOBOR has two allocated Director positions with 2-year terms.
